The spate of violence in our society is an evidence of society’s failure to engage its youth in worthwhile activities through positive socialization. Among the agents of socialization is the school system that ought to provide an all round education.
The school system is unable to function appropriately in that direction due to inadequate facility provision resulting in school outputs that are not able to function adequately and positively.
These seminars and workshop were deliberately and critically put together to complement what is learnt in the classroom and to be a reference material for institutions that desire to expose their students, workers and adherents to contemporary and topical issues that will impact on their lives and the Nigerian environment.
