Three Engineering Programmes Receive Coren Accreditation

The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) has re-accredited three (3) Undergraduate Engineering programmes of the University of Benin following its visitation to the institution between 20th and 24th November 2011.

The programmes are :

  1. Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  2. Petroleum Engineering
  3. Mecahnical Engineering

It is pertinent to note that this acreditation which takes effect from 24th November, 2011 is valid for a period of five years.
