Admission Requirements:

The requirements are the same as those of the Faculty in general , except that students must also have at least a credit-level pass in Igbo at either the NECO/WASC or GCE O/L, or a Merit / Credit-level pass at TC II . A pass in Mathematics is not compulsory but an advantage.

Direct Entry candidates must include a pass in Igbo at A/L .Candidates with Igbo at N.C.E.Examination or a Diploma in Igbo Language Studies are equally acceptable . UME  candidates must have five credit level passes at O/L or SSCE, which must include English Language. Literature in English and Igbo.
